As part of our Speak Out campaign, we will be holding a balloon launch event at Kensington Roof Gardens, London on Wednesday 7th November – the official Ban Bullying at Work Day.

Each balloon represents an ordeal that an individual has suffered at the hands of a bully, and releasing them will be an act of solidarity.

Attached to every balloon will be a personal experience of workplace bullying. The person involved may have been a target, a witness or even a bully themselves.

These messages will also be displayed on the balloon message board on this website. Unfortunately we will not be able to place any messages on the balloons that have been sent after 10.00 a.m. Tuesday November 6th.

Please also note that only the first 1000 messages will be released on balloons.
