After lots of positive feedback from last year, we are creating our own Ban Bullying @ Work.com Interactive Organisational Toolkit on CD.
The CD has been designed as a single tool that can be used to develop anti bullying strategies at a management level and raise awareness and interest on a team level.
The toolkit is designed to be used by managers of all levels, in a variety of different sectors. There is an impressive amount of information that can be easily used to create effective anti-bullying strategies. As well as this there is also an enormous amount of practical information that can be disseminated amongst all staff to raise awareness and an understanding of this sensitive issue within team scenarios.
This CD has been created in partnership with BDP media, The Labour Relations Agency and the Equality Commission for NI and Digital Opinion.
